All (my) funds in all accounts have an average annual return of 2.36% since November 11, 2013.
US Large Cap stocks for this same period increased an average of 10.05%
S&P 500 for the same period is 9.16%
Dow Jones Industrial Average is 7.60%

Not really. Does that include dividends? Looking at those #'s I am not sure.

Is the 2.36% after all fees? Could even be worse. He could even be closer to the market than that but after 1-1.5% fees for 3 years it can really eat returns.

Either way, his returns are bad and he probably has no edge on the market.

Includes dividends but is net of fees.

He did well with USA equities but got killed in International in 2015. He's been on tear the last few weeks but market has been up up.

His fee is .7%

Does he pick funds or individual stocks?

If a financial adviser is just picking mutual funds and ETFs for you then he likely has no edge, as those investment vehicles are highly diversified and thus very efficient.

You should take a look at vanguard and just invest with them directly. You will cut out the middle-man.
